How one makes positive approaches to achieve the most successful career!!!!

Hello everyone,

 

Here is me , a person with great passion to understand , analyze , assess and develop the career path of those, who are moving with a goal in mind but not able to understand the mode of approach to reach to final destination.

 

Let us take a tour on how to make an approach to decide the correct ways of utilizing the available resources to its best to frame career guidelines followed by framing out those in actual to achieve the goal in most systematic and comfortable way.

 

My carefully crafted research has brought out some significant aspects, which need to be explored to make a positive decision to frame a growth chart  for the aspirant who has the true potential to achieve his or her success in life.

 

The following steps need to be followed to frame the most effective career guidelines:

 

Step 1: Counselling with parents over phone, video calling (Skype/face book/whatsup) and/or in person face to face interaction to explore the back ground and psychological status of the aspirant including family.

 

Step 2: Interaction with the aspirant to assess his or her mental status, physical approach, passion and other aspects which need to be discussed to understand his or her thought on growing and developing future career graph.

 

Step 3: Making the best effort to study the collected data, doing a research based analysis  to set a near perfect decisive approach to frame a career chart.

 

Step 4: Re-counselling with parents and aspirant together to share the outcome of the study.

 

Step 5: Guiding the aspirant to understand his or her approach to the path as set aside to achieve the goal,

 

Step 6: being with the aspirant virtually and providing the required guidance from time to time apart from handing over the research based documented guidelines after the re-counselling session.

 

Hope this will provide an idea on how the approach towards framing a career guidelines is supposed to be.
